Height restriction both ways damaged/missing

Reported in the Road Signage category anonymously at 16:56, Friday 7 February 2020

Sent to Bristol City Council 6 minutes later

Height restriction both ways have been damaged and one is missing. Clearly some inept driver has gone through as there's scratching to the paintwork on the underside of the beams. Doesn't look immediately dangerous but the remaining scaffold pipe doesn't look well secured in the middle. Network rail pointed to you! Not sure how long it's been like this.
