Cars parked on grass

Cars and trucks are being parked on the grass triangle at the junction with Aldwick Avenue. the grass is being churned up, leaving deep ruts. Also, the dropped kerbs are being blocked by parked vehicles , hindering mobility of wheelchair etc users. Cold bollards be put across to stop the vehicles parking?
