Half raised utility cover

Reported in the Utlility Covers category anonymously at 13:09, Mon 10 February 2020

Sent to Bristol City Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1989560.

On the pavement on falcondale road, along the side of st Ursula school field ,there is a utility cover that is half raised and loose so when it rains it floods around this area, people wade through in willies etc, however resident has noticed tampons/sanitary around this area and thinks this could actually be sewerage overflow or something, please investigate asap.
