Heavy flooding at the junction of Southmead Road/Pen Park Road/Monks Park Avenue. This is the place as reported previously, ref 1888106.

I assume that the drain is blocked again. Half the road is flooded, right by the pedestrian crossing/refuge. The crossing is heavily used by schoolchildren, people using the shops, and going to Southmead Hospital.
