75cm deep hole outside 34 Chessell Street

There is a hole outside 34 Chessell street , near the residents wall, the hole is approx. 5inches wide, and the pavement is sloping down either side around 10inches, they measusred hole with a stick and its around 75cm deep underneath, and resident is worried pavement could fall in. please investigate
