Stinking open sewage

Open foul stinking sewage flooding across pavement on Horfield Road opposite Haematology Centre and below entrance to alms houses. This has occurred several times over the past years and has never been properly remedied, just washed away.

We've referred the issue externally for appropriate action to be taken, as it's not something Bristol City Council is responsible for.

There is a fetid pile of raw sewage across the pavement opposite the entrance to the hospital. Surely it is the council's responsibility to have this cleaned up on a health and safety issue? I reported this incident separately yesterday Wednesday 12th but have had no response!!
