Email: Wed 05/02/2020 Dear Sir or Madam,

In the city centre I have seen motorbikes and moped riders use bicycle lanes and the spaces at the front of cars near lights that I believe are meant only for bicycles. Specifically I am noticing this issue along the riverbank near hotwells. This is dangerous and illegal. I submit that cameras should be installed to catch motorbikes and mopeds illegally using bicycle lanes.

Furthermore, motorbike and moped users may require additional training and educational material regarding the highway code.

Best regards,
