Several incidents have occurred by drivers, cyclists hitting this pothole, which I reported about a week ago. I see incidents are still occurring, so why hasn’t something been done about it, or are you waiting for a fatality to occur before you do something about it.

This issue has been temporarily repaired to make the site safe pending further investigation or future repairs.
