Abandoned caravans

A number of abandoned caravans are being left on Kellaway Avenue stretching from the A38 junction along to Horfield Common. The numbers are steadily increasing and there now 7. The caravans have no number plates and some also have accumulated rubbish and debris left by them. Also there are a number of vans which have been left parked up long term. The problem has existed for at least 6 months.
