Vehicles parking on grass area

Vehicles still parking on grass verge using lowered ramp for wheelchair access to cross pavement. Camper van is the latest addition - been there a few days now. Grass area is a total mess and mud is being dragged across the pavement, vehicles reverse back on to the main road when leaving. Take away delivery drivers are now parking on the pavement between Halfords access way and the bus stop during the evenings as well.
