Entrance for residential car park blocked by contractors van.

Amendments are being done to the bus stop on Charlton Road outside Rock House. The workers keep parking their van by the entrance the car park of Rock House. There are very little space left for the residents to drive by and the van is also blocking the view for the junction as well as the slow sign for drivers. Due to this a jogger was almost hit by one of the residents while driving out of the car park. A resident approached the contractors and asked them if they could move the van but was not met with any helpful attitude. Can this be looked into asap as it is a safety issues.
