Two caravans parked on kellaway avenue near woodhouse grove

Reported in the General Highways Enquiry category anonymously at 15:07, Thursday 13 February 2020

Sent to Bristol City Council 4 minutes later

AS PER ADVICE FOR PARKING CARAVANS ON THE HIGHWAY, It is not illegal to park your caravan on the road, city laws prohibit vehicles from parking on a single spot for longer than 72 hours If you are parking the caravan on the road it must be lit at night and comply with the other normal parking rules (the nearside must face the pavement so the rear lights are at the rear for approaching traffic). The caravans have been parked in situ for weeks now, and should be moved or towed away urgently before this becomes the next dumping ground for caravan living.
