Reported in the Illuminated Sign category anonymously at 11:38, Mon 17 February 2020

Sent to Bristol City Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 2003434.

In the past two months, we have witnessed two cars collide with these central bollards, These are now not lit and cause a huge danger to cars at night as the central reservation is not clealry visible. There is also a lot of debris still here from the cars colliding.
