I put in a noise complaint to the council yesterday and am waiting to hear back about it. I also went through the lengthy process of putting in a complaint to Vodafone, someone called me back this morning, there is nothing the complaints department can do as they only deal with broadband, phone lines etc, they have passed on the address for their head office (in Berkshire) so I can post a complaint, no I'm not joking, I feel like I've stepped back in time! Apparently the phone number of head office is so top secret even Vodafone staff can't get it.
