Possible displaced bearing on McAdam flyover stanchion

To the untrained eye, it looks like the bearing pin has become dislodged and moved to the extreme edge of the upper bearing area. It looks like it should be retained in place by sprocket type lugs which are no longer engaged? Only possible to see as the cowling has been removed which may mean this is normal and they are all the same? location directly east of the lockside cafe.
