The flats on Bath road have bins on Edward and Chatsworth Road. They are dumping mixed rubbish in all bins and as a result they are not being picked up. The rubbish is then flying all over. As well as initially emptying then, can this be remedied with a longer term solution such as larger communal use bins similar to those used at the paintworks?
