Gully on Air Balloon Road blocked.

Sent to Bristol City Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 2020346.

The gully between 88 and 90 Air Balloon Road is blocked. Have tried to stir around inside it with a stick to get water running down but too much debris inside it. It is right under a tree so most of the debris is from this, causing flooding.
