The shared pavement along Cumberland road from Ashton Avenue and the bus stop after the tunnel on Cumberland road is a cause for public concern. Can this be divided by markings on the pavement to have one side for pedestrians and one side for cyclists. It is especially concerning for visitor of the Create Centre and the staff working in the Sensory Impairment Department as many of them are hearing impaired and worried when walking along this road as they cannot hear the cyclists approaching.
