Parking issues on College Mews.

Parking spaces owned by Bicknell Holdings 2 x uncovered and 2 x under a parking cover. These are being constantly blocked off by other residents parking along the road in front of the spaces. This has caused tenants either being blocked in or unable to park in their allocated spaces. Have made a request for a Street Improvement to paint double yellow lines along the affected area. Picture attached to show suggested area for the yellow lines.
