Storm drain does not drain well

Sent to Bristol City Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2021180.

The storm drain over the last few weekends has flooded the entire road. It does drain eventually, but slowly and almost makes it impassable. Phoned council and they told me to go through here.
