Hedge blown onto Charlton Red which we have dragged onto our drive has causing an obstruction

The hedge in the picture was on the main Charlton road on Saturday when there was strong winds. We dragged the hedge of the road and put onto our side driveway.

The hedge I have put on my side drive as a safe place otherwise pedestrians and cars would not be able to pass us it’s a safety issue. If this hedge is not removed then you leave me no option but to put it back onto the pavement. Please can you look at this as a matter of urgency. The location of the hedge is on the side with the bins.
