Temporary traffic lights junction City Road and Brigstocke Roads set to beeping pedestrian cycle 12 seconds every two minutes. Nobody is pressing the button. Nobody is using the crossing. It's 11:15pm and it is still beeping ten percent of the time. It is beyond maddening and there is no point to it. By all means set it to run if someone pushes the button.
