Pathway and drive to No 41 has dropped causing trip hazard and when raining filled with water so pedestrians cannot pass

The driveway and the footpath have subsided leaving a depression that is a trip hazard and when raining fills with water causing pedestrians to walk in the road to avoid the water. This has been an issue for 3 to 4 years but this year it has got to a point where it needed reporting.
