The entire surface of the pavement has been dug up adjacent to 16 First Avenue.

Sent to Bristol City Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 2032362.

The occupiers of 16 First Avenue have started to resurface the parking area in front of their property. In doing so they have also removed the entire top level of the public footpath and rendered it difficult to use for parents with buggies, the elderly and wheel chair users. These works would appear to be going on without BCC involvement or permission.
