This pile of tarmac and rubble left by the water utilities company still remains on the public highway near the corner junction of Kensington Road BS5 7NB and Cromwell Road St George, Bristol. Cars and other vehicles are driving through this rubble and are parking over it. The water utilities company who recently dug up the road to install a new water supply pipe also left the public highway in a poor finished state, and tarmac is now splintering from the repaired area.
