Water is pouring onto our property through what looks like a virgin media cable pipe. I believe the drain has broken through to the cable pipe under the pavement and the rainwater is pouring into our courtyard for up to an hour after the rain stops! This has been happening for up to a year but i couldnt tell you exactly when as the water flows down along past the cables into our courtyard and then down our drain. I am concerned about the cables, and our drain getting blocked as then our house would be flooded
