Pavement in front of Avon Packet Pub is flooded.

The pavement is flooded by a few inches of water forcing pedestrians walk into the road to get past. It covers about 4 meters in length. Bottom of the buggy got wet so quite deep and there are no way safely around the flooding.

There's two grates that are blocked up and need clearing out. This has been like it for week.
