Water is leaking into the building from the street above

The pavement at Richmond Terrace outside house number 3 is leaking into the building below, the basement building of 3 Richmond Terrace, now Clifton Sky Yoga (next door to Clifton Wine Bar). This is causing significant damage to the plaster and it seems like the damage has been happening for a long time. this needs to be fixed urgently.
