Multiple Cars parking illegally on double yellow lines outside our cafe (33A East Street) all day every day this week so far....this has meant that our bins cannot be emptied because there is no where for the waste disposal truck to pull in for just 5 minutes to lift our bins! It is getting ridiculous as they have been trying to empty our rubbish and recycling since Monday!! These cars are parking here all day every day because there are no consequences and they know they won’t get a ticket...
