Pavement parking
Reported in the Obstruction category anonymously at 18:58, Thu 5 March 2020
Sent to Bristol City Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 2043105.
In this marked pedestrianised area, there is a gap in bollards at the junction of Gregory Street and Church Street which results in vehicles parking in the pedestrianised area, then leaving via Avonvale Road dropped kerb. Request for more bollards here to stop this continuous, selfish and dangerous parking and obstruction.

Vehicles are STILL pavement parking in this area. As the attached photo shows even a minibus is parking here now.

Update - Vehicles are STILL illegally parking here. Why does Bristol City Council continue to ignore this matter?

Update - Vehicles are still illegally parking here. I sent an email to the Neighbourhood Enforcement Team who informed me they have passed this issue onto the Council’s traffic and highways department, but that was last month and I have heard nothing further, and of course this issue still persists. Very frustrating.
