Numerous drains completely blocked on W side of Stoke Hill between Stoke Pk Rod South down to Old Sneed Avenue. These drains are not just full of leaves but appear to be completely blocked with soil and debris. They need digging out not just someone coming along and clearing leaves from the gutter! No water can ever go down these drains until they are excavated down to the sewer.
