Scaffolding blocking pavement. No lights, could bang head, can't squeeze through. Pavement not safely isolated.

Sent to Bristol City Council 6 minutes later

A bunch of scaffolding has gone up right outside 58 Alma vale Road. The problem is you can squeeze through, but it's very very likely somebody will be hurt or injuted. In the area there are very very elderly people. Compensation is very expensive if you are hurt on a public highway particularly as a pedestrian. I can't believe the council has allowed scaffolding like this to go ahead, which is not allowed to keep the pedestrian walkway open.
