There is no dropped kerb here.

Coming home from the rugby on Sunday at Ashton Gate we used dropped kerb at junction of Smyth Rd and Duckmoor Rd to mount footway. Went up south side of road (on reverse journey we used the other side, but due to works on the north side of Smyth Rd that have not provided temporary dropped kerbs or pedestrian footway were forced to use the carriageway) to Luckwell St to find there was no dropped kerb and so continued (in wrong direction) on Luckwell Rd to junction with Foxcote Rd, but still no dropped kerb (see photo). My friend had to be assisted out of the chair & chair manhandled into carriageway. Remounted footway at junction with Chessel St & headed towards North St, but no dropped kerb at garage entrance next to The Clove. Managed to drop down into the carriageway & stayed on carriageway until North Street. Please make footways accessible & were they are not accessible please use suitable advanced signage to alert people of this. Issue in photo has probably existed for 100 years, but if the council provides dropped kerbs at one end of a street, it needs to at least provide a reciprocal one at the other end of the footway.
