Large depression and road surface break up
Reported in the Carriageway Defect category anonymously at 19:46, Mon 9 March 2020
Sent to Bristol City Council 4 minutes later
The road from the crow lane roundabout up to the crossing at Charlton lane has deteriorated badly recently. At one point the road has developed a deep indentation resulting in cars avoiding it and causing the camber near the gutter to break up. The whole of this area both sides of the road need to be resurfaced as even the manhole covers are starting to sink. Patch repairs have been done but these are starting to deteriorate. The previous reports of cars swerving is very apparent to anyone driving on this small stretch, the bus stop works has not helped the situation.
