Loose manhole cover

Outside of Francombe House, in the middle of commercial road, there are 3 manhole covers, one of them has come away , it has a sharp edge to it and could damage a car easily , it is resting rather than fitted to the manhole. Also near the traffic lights

I believe that they have all come loose very recently and have sharp edges, they are hard to see from a distance if approaching the traffic lights and could cause a driver to swerve and hit a cyclist. They are also dangerous for cars as the edges are very sharp and could cause damage.

This is a photo of commercial road redclife bs1 6tg About 3 weeks ambulance crews slammed on her brakes believing she hit something as she walked back to see what she thought she hit I was able to tell her what it was the metal plates across the road by Bristol Walter. Today there was a man on his bike and his tyre burst .the noise of the metal plates when cars and lorries go over is so loud me and other residents are awake most of the night . I have seen Bristol Walter come out twice and titan up the bolts but every time lorries or car drive over the metal plates the bolts gets loose it's now june how long must we loose sleep and not minutes peace Please help with this problem

Plates outside francombe house on commercial road still loose and make a noise all day and night, this is about the 6th time Wessex water have been out, all they do is put loose tarmac around the edge, must be costing the council a fortune for this tacky job, so noisy.
