Triangle warning signs for traffic lights in cycle lane

Reported in the Obstruction category anonymously at 10:35, Wednesday 11 March 2020

Sent to Bristol City Council 6 minutes later

There are temporary traffic lights set up outside the Colston Hall. There are triangle warning signs to warn traffic coming down Colston Street that there are builders and traffic lights. However, these signs have been placed in the uphill cycle lane, blocking it and forcing cyclists travelling uphill to move out into the main traffic lane. This is causing conflict, given that the uphill motor traffic cannot move over because of the queue for the traffic lights.
