Trip hazard due to tree roots

The section of pavement running along the rear of houses in Homemead Drive, running parallel with Callington Road towards Tesco Superstore. Requires attention due to the footpath/cycle route being damaged by roots from the adjacent trees.
The issue has been present for many months/years and has only become worse over time.
The damaged pathway/cycle route is a major trip hazard especially to the elderly and infermed.

This issue was reported on the 11th March with an enquiry raised by Bristol City Council on the same day.
The issue still persists, now with more undulations due to the ongoing root growth.
No update has been added to this report or works carried out over the last 6 Months to rectify the issue?

This issue was reported on the 11th March 2020 and updated on 02nd October 2020 with an enquiry raised by Bristol City Council on the same day.
The issue still persists, now with more undulations due to the ongoing root growth.
No update has been added to this report or works carried out over the last 12 Months to rectify any issue?
Since this report was submitted NO update from any Bristol City Council representative has been received advising about issue?
