Flooding into the front gate.

The previous job with pics here seems to have been closed. The caller cannot tell where the water is coming from. Bristol water attended but said that the water appears to be coming from a stream and is not fresh drinking water from one of their pipes. The water is flowing down the road. It has been blocking the gate for some time. The water seems to be getting deeper but hasn't flooded the whole front garden as yet. Can this be looked at as soon as possible? Even without rain the water is not going down.
