Large pavement edging stone by tree dangerous

Bottom of Talgarth road BS7 past house number 16. This edging pavement stone has been getting worse over a long time due to old tree and despite newly planted tree nothing has been done. This stone is now a major trip hazard and is damaging car doors as can't be seen from car when parked , especially at night. Removal of stone needed asap.
