Street path continued issue

Hi I am writing to inform you of an issue that had been previously reported by myself over a year ago after my wife fell and hurt herself because of an issue on the path outside our home. There is a patch of grass outside our drive next to the drop curb that is slippery mud because people mount the path when there is traffic and drive over it to escape the queuing traffic of one lane. A year or so ago I reported this issue people people drive over this areas and drag mud onto our drop curb, we then bring that into our drive and eventually it gets muddy , this is how my wife fell going back some time. Something needs to be done to stop people driving over this or removing it all together .
Road users are also parking on the path from this point causing it difficult to see up the road. People park on the road and on the path (staggered) so when I am emerging from drive I cannot see oncoming traffic.
