A skip and sandbags obstruction on Jacob's Wells Road.

1 x skip and 4 x sandbags are taking up 4 of the resident car parking spaces. There are building works carried out in one of the houses. The car park is for residents only who have bought permits to park there and are now having to park on St Georges Road and pay extra for this.
