Streetlights on during the day

Upon walking by this area earlier today, I took note that the streetlights around the roundabout where St Philips Causeway ends, the streetlights which cross the bridge marked on the map, and even streetlights around the roundabout to the side of Sainsbury’s Castle Court, are all on during the day. I feel this requires an investigation.
