Raised manhole cover damageing car suspension

My son lives near here and every time I drive up Irby Road 8 times out 10 I hit this raised manhole cover.Its only a matter of time before somebody’s suspension is damaged or somebody swerves to miss it and cause an accident.Its been like this for a long time.
