Faulty drain cover on footpath

Outside of 62 horse hill there are a set of little drain covers my son was on his scooter, the cover moved as he rode over it then he was on the floor. This caused him to fall off his scooter and hurt his knee hand and ankle. I left the cover open so the next person will see it’s faulty but this is a hazard to any child on their daily walk.
