Fall Accident due to uneven pavement trip hazard,

Uneven pavement (subsidance?) for years but recent accident of fall by middle age woman out for walk, smashed bottle in carrier bag, , no "injury" could have been serious .

Same location. Have had water supply problems and Bristol Water inspector stated that a stop tap on pavement has been covered at some time past by repairs. Consider that when council investigates trip hazard and pavement subsidence, should investigate location of water supply pit frame that has been covered.

A job has been raised with our contractors to action this issue and appropriate repairs or maintenance will be undertaken as soon as they can.
