Overgrown brambles and trees

The brambles and trees to the rear of the properties of 56 & 58 Mellent Avenue are overgrown and have fly tipping amongst the over growth, this has also led to an infestation of rats/mice to both properties.
The brambles/bushes have also grown over in to the adjoining road of Englishcombe road.
