Illegal caravans on Kellaway Avenue.
Reported in the Obstruction category anonymously at 17:40, Wed 6 May 2020
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2107871.
There are 3 caravans parked behind our house. They have been there for several months, since before last Christmas. They seemed to have been empty for a while but people have moved in to 2 of the caravans in the last week. They are playing music loudly during the day and are sat out on the grass behind our house making it difficult for people to social distance around them. One of the caravans seems to be abandoned. I have previously reported this caravan as it caught fire last August and we had to use our garden hose to put the fire out. The caravans are on Kellaway Avenue behind the houses on Weston Crescent numbers 8-12. We are at number 10. Our neighbour has also mentioned seeing drugs being dealt from one of the caravans.

About time the council sorted out this long ongoing problem of dwellings on Kellaway Ave North . Caravans falling apart , Camper Van's, Trailers , Horseboxes , rubbish between caravans no toilet or hygiene facilitys . And now with corvid 19 near pubs and horfield sports centre closed for them to use .They should not be on Kellaway Ave come on council and local councillors sort it.

SOME IMFO You at 8- 12 Weston Cre suggest need to chase the councillors up for this section of Kellaway Ave they are Con Claire Hiscott on claire4horfield@gmail.com Or Lab Olly Mead mobile 07884736098 Because doubt fix my street nothing will happen . Because the council go by a policy for vehicle dwellings encampments on the highway in partnership with Bristol City Council and Avon And Somerset Police. Hope this helps.
