Drain blocked with debris and starting to smell during hot weather

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2110842.
Drain outside 678 whitchurch lane is blocked and full to the top with debris. It is now starting to smell unpleasantly as noted by the recent hot weather

This drain is still blocked and the situation was only exaggerated during the heavy down pour yesterday 17/06/2020 When will this problem be addressed?
