Loads of barriers left in the kerb for no reason

Reported in the Obstruction category by simon easton at 11:56, Sunday 10 May 2020

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Approximately 100 (!) red and white roadside barriers are in the kerb on cole role for no apparent reason. looks like they have been there for months. they are on both sides of the road, mainly at the east end of the road. no sign of any roadworks taking place or planned to take place. other than taking up road space not sure the purpose of the barriers, all they are doing is making it difficult to cross the road and hindering street drainage. the barriers are blocking cycle access to avon meads retail park (there is a no entry restriction, with a bypass for cycles). can the road barriers be removed??
