Lack of communal bin store means pavement permanently limited with no adequate width for normal walking and especially buggy and wheelchair access

Hello, There has been a long term problem with pavement access at this pinch point. The various bins necessary for these houses have no place to accept on the pavement . This permanently and severely restricts pavement access and allows for unsanitary waste to constantly be in the way of pedestrians, especially those with access needs. There also seems to be a tendency for non collectable waste to be deposited here. There needs to be better waste storage and collection solution for these residents e.g. communal bin area - A communal waste space could take up a parking bay or be located nest to one od the tree islands along that pavement. Thankyou
